संस्थागत जिवनसंग अन्तर सम्बन्धित इतिहास, वर्तमान र भविष्यको सुक्ष्मतम अन्वेषण, संश्लेषण र विश्लेषणको कर्मपथको रुपमा पंञ्च वर्षिय रणनीति व्यावसायीक योजना निर्माण गरी अगी बढिरहेको छ । विश्वव्यापी कोभिड महामारीको त्रासदीको अन्त्य नहुदै आइ लागेको आर्थिक मन्दिको भयावह अवस्थाले श्रृजना गरेका गगनचुम्बी समस्या, चुनौति र नैराश्यजनक अवस्थामा थपिएका लघुवित्त विरुद्ध संघर्षसमितका गतिविधि प्रतिष्पर्धी वित्तिय संघ संस्थाले थपेका चुनौतिहरु साथै आन्तरिक रुपमा सहकारी सहकारी विचको अस्वस्थ प्रतिष्पर्धाले थप जटिलता श्रृजना गरेको छ । संस्थाले यस्तो विषम परिस्थितिमा ठोस बस्तुको ठोस निर्णय गरी समस्या भित्र सम्भावन संकट भित्र अवसर हुने विस्वासका साथ अघि बढ्नुको विकप्ल नरहेको निष्कर्ष रहेको छ । आजको संवेदनशिल घडिमा संस्थालाई जिवन्त राख्न संस्था विकासका सबै अवयवहरुमा समग्र ध्यान पुगाउनुपर्ने अपरिहार्य आवस्यकता रहेको छ । यही निष्कर्षको आभामय आलोक लिइ कर्मपथमा दृण संकल्पका साथ हाम्रो विश्वास हाम्रो विश्वासिलोको उद्घोषलाई आत्मसात गरी संस्थागत जिवनको २९औँ स्वर्णिम बसन्त पार गर्दै बर्दिया जिल्लाका सबै पालिकामा सेवा विस्तार गरी सकेको छ । सहकार्यवादलाई नैतिक मूल्यका रुपमा स्वीकार गर्दै तत्व दर्शन र मिमांसाको गहन प्रज्ञाचक्षु, ज्ञानचक्षुका माध्यमबाट विवेचना पद्धतिलाई मन, वचन, कर्मद्धारा कार्य-कारण नियमलाई स्वीकार्य गर्ने जिवनशैलीको आलोकमा बाँके जिल्लाका ३ पालिका बैजनाथ, कोहलपुर र नेपालगञ्जमा संस्थाको पदचाँप ध्वनी विस्तारका क्रममा रहेको यथार्थ जनकारी गराउँन पाउदा अत्याधिक हर्ष विभोर छु । अन्त्यमा संस्थाको संस्था स्थापना दिवसको अवसरमा पुन हार्दिक बधाई तथा अनन्य शुभकामना व्यक्त गर्दैछु । धन्यवाद ।

Dear Founders, Former and Present Office Bearers, Committee Members, Employees, Well-Wishers, and Respected Members,

On the joyful occasion of the 29th Anniversary of our institution, I extend my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to everyone. I sincerely thank all those who have contributed to the growth and success of the institution and look forward to your continued support in achieving our shared vision.

Our institution continues to move forward with a clear strategic direction through its Five-Year Strategic Business Plan. Despite the challenges posed by the global pandemic, economic slowdown, increasing competition, and the changing cooperative environment, we remain committed to making timely and practical decisions, believing that every challenge presents new opportunities.

With the spirit of "Our Trust, Our Biswasilo," we have successfully completed 29 years of dedicated service and expanded our services throughout Bardiya District. We are also extending our presence into Banke District, including Baijanath, Kohalpur, and Nepalgunj, to serve more communities while upholding cooperative values, transparency, and member-centered services.

On this special occasion, I once again express my sincere gratitude and best wishes to all our members, stakeholders, employees, and well-wishers. Together, let us continue working towards a stronger, more prosperous, and sustainable cooperative.

विश्वासिलो बचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्था लि. नेपालको पर्यटकिय क्षेत्र भनेर चिनिने बर्दिया राष्ट्रिय निकुन्जको मुख्य क्षेत्र ठाकुरबाबा नगरपालिकामा स्थापना भएको हो । यो एक समुदायमा आधारित सहकारी हो जसले सदस्य केन्द्रित गतिविधिहरू सञ्चालन गर्दै आएको छ। संस्थाले सहकारीका सिध्दान्त र मूल्यहरूलाई आत्मसात् गर्दै सदस्यहरूको हित र आवश्यकतामा आधारित वित्तीय सेवा उत्पादन गरी प्रविधीमैत्री गुणस्तरीय सेवा प्रदान गर्दै आएको छ ।

सञ्चालक समितिको कानुन (नियम) संस्थागत नीति तथा निर्णयहरू कार्यान्वयन गरी सदस्य सेवाको स्तरवृद्धि गरी संस्थाको व्यावसायिक क्षमता अभिवृद्धि गर्नु र व्यवस्थापनको नेतृत्व गर्नु प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृतको मुख्य दायित्व हो । म सधैं संस्थागत गतिविधिहरूको लागि टिममा विश्वास गर्छु। टिममा एकता, निरन्तरता र समर्पण नै सफलताको मुख्य कारण हो। त्यसका लागि प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृतको हैसियतमा सहकर्मीको भावना बुझेर सधैं अगाडि बढिरहेकोछु ।

आत्मविश्वास, वित्तीय अनुशासन, प्रभावकारी सञ्चार, अध्ययनशीलता र जवाफदेहिता प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृतका अन्य आवश्यक तत्व हुन्। यी चीजहरूलाई मेरो टाउकोमा राख्ने जिम्मेवारी सधैं मेरो हुनेछ।

संस्थाप्रति सदस्यहरुको आबद्धता बढाउन विभिन्न क्रियाकलापहरु सञ्चालन गर्ने, सञ्चालक समिति, लेखा सुपरिवेक्षण समिति र विभिन्न उपसमितिहरुसँग सुमधुर सम्बन्ध कायम गरी सबैलाई सक्रिय रुपमा सहभागी हुन प्रेरित गर्दै आएको छु ।

संस्थालाई सदस्यहरूको पहिलो रोजाइ बनाउन हामी सधैं प्रयासरत रहनेछु । यसका लागि सहकारीका साझा संजालले दिएको निर्देशनलाई स्वीकार गरी सहकारी आन्दोलनको असल अभ्यासलाई निरन्तरता दिनेछु।

अन्तमा, सञ्चालक समितिले सेवा अवसरहरू प्रदान गर्दछ, NEFSCUN¸ राष्ट्रिय सहकारी बैंक, जिल्ला सहकारी संघ, जिल्ला बचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संघले निरन्तर सहयोग र सहकार्य प्रदान गर्ने । संस्थालाई यो बिन्दुसम्म पुर्याउन सहयोग गर्नुहुने ठाकुरबाबा नगरपालिका¸ लुम्बिनि प्रदेश सहकारी दर्ता अधिकारीको कार्यालय दाङलाई हार्दिक धन्यवाद दिन चाहन्छु ।

Bishwasilo Saving and Credit Cooperative Ltd. was established in Thakurbaba Municipality, the gateway to Bardiya National Park, one of Nepal's renowned tourist destinations. It is a community-based cooperative that has been conducting member-centered activities since its establishment. By embracing cooperative principles and values, the institution has been providing technology-friendly, quality financial services and products based on the interests and needs of its members.

The primary responsibility of the Chief Executive Officer is to implement the laws (rules), institutional policies, and decisions of the Board of Directors, enhance the quality of member services, strengthen the institution's professional capacity, and provide effective leadership to the management. I have always believed in teamwork for the success of institutional activities. Unity, continuity, and dedication within the team are the key reasons behind success. As the Chief Executive Officer, I have always moved forward by understanding the sentiments of my colleagues and working together with them.

Self-confidence, financial discipline, effective communication, a commitment to continuous learning, and accountability are other essential qualities of a Chief Executive Officer. It will always be my responsibility to uphold and practice these values.

To strengthen members' affiliation with the institution, I have been organizing various activities and maintaining harmonious relationships with the Board of Directors, the Audit and Supervisory Committee, and various sub-committees, while encouraging everyone to actively participate in the institution's development.

We will always strive to make the institution the first choice of our members. To achieve this, we will follow the guidance provided by the common cooperative networks and continue to uphold the best practices of the cooperative movement.

Finally, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Board of Directors for providing me with the opportunity to serve, and to NEFSCUN, the National Cooperative Bank, the District Cooperative Union, and the District Savings and Credit Cooperative Union for their continuous support and cooperation. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Thakurbaba Municipality and the Office of the Cooperative Registrar, Lumbini Province, Dang, for their invaluable support in helping the institution reach its current level of success.
