विश्वासिलो बचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्था लि. को सेवाहरू प्रयोग गर्दा लागू हुने नियम र सर्तहरू। The rules and conditions that apply when using the services provided by Bishwasilo Saving & Credit Cooperative Pvt. Ltd..

सेवाका सर्तहरू

लागू मिति: विश्वासिलो बचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्था लि. द्वारा प्रकाशन गरिएको मितिदेखि।

विश्वासिलो बचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्था लि. मा तपाईंलाई स्वागत छ। सदस्यता लिएर वा हाम्रा कुनै पनि सेवाहरू प्रयोग गरेर तपाईंले यी सेवाका सर्तहरू मान्न सहमत हुनुहुन्छ। अगाडि बढ्नु पूर्व कृपया ध्यानपूर्वक पढ्नुहोस्।

१. सर्तहरूको स्वीकृति

यी सर्तहरूले तपाईं र विश्वासिलो बचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्था लि. बीचको कानुनी रूपमा बाध्यकारी सम्झौता गठन गर्दछन्। सदस्यताका लागि आवेदन दिएर वा हाम्रा वित्तीय सेवाहरू प्रयोग गरेर तपाईंले यी सर्तहरू पढेको, बुझेको र स्वीकार गरेको पुष्टि गर्नुहुन्छ।

२. सदस्यता

नेपालको सहकारी ऐन अनुसार योग्य व्यक्तिहरूका लागि विश्वासिलो बचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्था लि. मा सदस्यता खुला छ। सबै सदस्यहरूले:

  • दर्ता र KYC प्रक्रियामा सही र पूर्ण जानकारी प्रदान गर्नुपर्छ।
  • आवश्यक प्रवेश शुल्क र न्यूनतम सेयर रकम जम्मा गर्नुपर्छ।
  • संस्थाको विनियम र नीतिहरू पालना गर्नुपर्छ।
  • व्यक्तिगत जानकारीमा परिवर्तन भएमा तत्काल संस्थालाई सूचित गर्नुपर्छ।

३. सेवाहरू

बचत, ऋण र सम्बन्धित वित्तीय सेवाहरू दर्ता भएका र सक्रिय सदस्यहरूलाई मात्र प्रदान गरिन्छ। सेवाको उपलब्धता, ब्याजदर र सर्तहरू परिवर्तन हुन सक्छन्। महत्वपूर्ण परिवर्तनहरू आधिकारिक माध्यमबाट सदस्यहरूलाई सूचित गरिनेछ।

४. सदस्यका दायित्वहरू

सदस्यको रूपमा तपाईंले:

  • सबै सेवाहरू केवल कानुनी उद्देश्यका लागि प्रयोग गर्ने।
  • सहमत तालिका अनुसार सबै ऋणहरू चुक्ता गर्ने।
  • स्वचालित कारोबारसँग जोडिएका खाताहरूमा पर्याप्त रकम राख्ने।
  • खाताको प्रमाणिकरण र PIN कडा रूपमा गोप्य राख्ने।
  • खातामा अनाधिकृत पहुँचको शंका भएमा तुरुन्त सूचित गर्ने।

५. निषेधित गतिविधिहरू

निम्न गतिविधिहरू कडा रूपमा निषेधित छन्:

  • संस्थालाई गलत वा भ्रामक जानकारी प्रदान गर्ने।
  • आवेदनमा उल्लेख गरिएको उद्देश्यभन्दा भिन्न उद्देश्यका लागि ऋण रकम प्रयोग गर्ने।
  • अनाधिकृत रूपमा सदस्यता सुविधा अर्को व्यक्तिलाई हस्तान्तरण गर्ने।
  • अन्य सदस्यहरूको खातामा अनाधिकृत पहुँच गर्ने प्रयास गर्ने।

६. दायित्वको सीमा

लागू कानुनले अन्यथा निर्धारण गरेमा बाहेक विश्वासिलो बचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्था लि. ले सेवा अवरोध, प्राविधिक विफलता वा हाम्रो नियन्त्रण बाहिरका तेस्रो पक्षको कार्यहरूबाट उत्पन्न अप्रत्यक्ष हानिका लागि जिम्मेवार हुनेछैन।

७. निलम्बन र समाप्ति

यी सर्तहरू उल्लंघन गरेमा, वित्तीय दायित्व पूरा नगरेमा वा संस्था वा अन्य सदस्यहरूलाई हानि पुर्‍याउने कार्य गरेमा संस्थाले सदस्यता निलम्बन वा समाप्त गर्ने अधिकार सुरक्षित राख्दछ। समाप्ति संस्थाको विनियम अनुसार हुनेछ।

८. संशोधन

यी सर्तहरू समय–समयमा सञ्चालक समितिद्वारा संशोधन गर्न सकिन्छ। संशोधनहरू आधिकारिक वेबसाइट र सूचना पाटीमार्फत जानकारी गराइनेछ। सूचनापछि सेवाको निरन्तर प्रयोगले संशोधित सर्तहरू स्वीकार गरेको मानिन्छ।

९. लागू कानुन

यी सर्तहरू नेपालको सहकारी ऐन र सम्बन्धित नियमहरू सहित नेपालको कानुन अनुसार शासित हुन्छन्। कुनै विवाद उत्पन्न भएमा सहकारी विनियम र लागू नेपाली कानुन अनुसार समाधान गरिनेछ।

Welcome to Bishwasilo Saving & Credit Cooperative Pvt. Ltd.. By becoming a member or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bishwasilo Saving & Credit Cooperative Pvt. Ltd.. Applying for membership or using our financial services confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

2. Membership

Membership in Bishwasilo Saving & Credit Cooperative Pvt. Ltd. is open to eligible individuals as defined under Nepal's Cooperative Act. All members are required to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and KYC processes.
  • Pay the required entrance fee and minimum share deposit.
  • Comply with the cooperative's bylaws and institutional policies.
  • Notify the institution promptly of any changes in personal information.

3. Services

Savings, loan, and related financial services are provided exclusively to registered and active members. Service availability, interest rates, and terms are subject to change. Members will be notified of material changes through official channels.

4. Member Obligations

As a member, you agree to:

  • Use all services solely for lawful purposes.
  • Repay all loans in accordance with the agreed repayment schedule.
  • Maintain adequate funds in accounts linked to automatic transactions.
  • Keep your account credentials and PIN strictly confidential.
  • Report any suspected unauthorized access to your account immediately.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Providing false or misleading information to the institution.
  • Using loan funds for purposes other than those stated in the application.
  • Transferring membership benefits to another person without authorization.
  • Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bishwasilo Saving & Credit Cooperative Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party actions beyond our control, except where required by applicable law.

7. Suspension and Termination

The institution reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if a member violates these Terms, fails to meet financial obligations, or engages in conduct harmful to the institution or its members. Termination is subject to the cooperative's bylaws.

8. Amendments

These Terms may be amended by the Board of Directors from time to time. Amendments will be communicated through the official website and notice boards. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, including the Cooperative Act and related regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with cooperative bylaws and applicable Nepali law.
