आदरणीय प्रज्ञा प्रतिष्ठित संस्थाका स्वप्नदर्शी, अग्रज संस्थापक ज्यूहरु, संस्थालाई अविछिन्न साथ दिइ रहनुहुने विशेष सम्मानका पात्र सहयोगी हातहरु, स्थापना काल देखिका सबै आदरणीय व्यक्तित्व अध्यक्ष पदाधिकारी तथा सदस्य ज्यूहरु, स्थापना काल देखिकै सबै लेखा सुपरिवेक्षण समितिका सम्मानित व्यक्तित्व संयोजक र सदस्य ज्यूहरु साथै उपसमितिका प्रम आदर्णीय संयोजक तथा सदस्य ज्यूहरु, सेवा केन्द्र व्यवस्थापन उप समितिका सबै संयोजक तथा सदस्य ज्यूहरु संस्था आजको अभुतपूर्व उँचाइमा पुगाउन उल्लेख्य भूमिका निर्वाह गर्नुहुने लब्ध प्रतिष्ठित संस्थाका प्रमुख कार्यकारी, व्यवस्थापन समुहका सबै अधिकृत लगायत सम्पुर्ण कर्मचारी ज्यूहरु, विशेषत: संस्थाका मेरुदण्ड मालिक सबै सम्मानित सदस्य जनहरुमा सर्व प्रथम संस्थाको २९औँ जन्म दिवसको उपलक्ष्यमा संस्थाको स्वप्न, सहिदिशा र गतिप्राप्तिका लागि सहयोगको अपेक्षा सहित संस्थाको यत्र तत्र र सर्वत्र सफलताका लागि हार्दिक बधाई तथा अनन्य शुभकामना सबैमा व्यक्त गर्दै जय सहकारीको न्यानो अभिवादन !
संस्थागत जिवनसंग अन्तर सम्बन्धित इतिहास, वर्तमान र भविष्यको सुक्ष्मतम अन्वेषण, संश्लेषण र विश्लेषणको कर्मपथको रुपमा पंञ्च वर्षिय रणनीति व्यावसायीक योजना निर्माण गरी अगी बढिरहेको छ । विश्वव्यापी कोभिड महामारीको त्रासदीको अन्त्य नहुदै आइ लागेको आर्थिक मन्दिको भयावह अवस्थाले श्रृजना गरेका गगनचुम्बी समस्या, चुनौति र नैराश्यजनक अवस्थामा थपिएका लघुवित्त विरुद्ध संघर्षसमितका गतिविधि प्रतिष्पर्धी वित्तिय संघ संस्थाले थपेका चुनौतिहरु साथै आन्तरिक रुपमा सहकारी सहकारी विचको अस्वस्थ प्रतिष्पर्धाले थप जटिलता श्रृजना गरेको छ । संस्थाले यस्तो विषम परिस्थितिमा ठोस बस्तुको ठोस निर्णय गरी समस्या भित्र सम्भावन संकट भित्र अवसर हुने विस्वासका साथ अघि बढ्नुको विकप्ल नरहेको निष्कर्ष रहेको छ । आजको संवेदनशिल घडिमा संस्थालाई जिवन्त राख्न संस्था विकासका सबै अवयवहरुमा समग्र ध्यान पुगाउनुपर्ने अपरिहार्य आवस्यकता रहेको छ । यही निष्कर्षको आभामय आलोक लिइ कर्मपथमा दृण संकल्पका साथ हाम्रो विश्वास हाम्रो विश्वासिलोको उद्घोषलाई आत्मसात गरी संस्थागत जिवनको २९औँ स्वर्णिम बसन्त पार गर्दै बर्दिया जिल्लाका सबै पालिकामा सेवा विस्तार गरी सकेको छ । सहकार्यवादलाई नैतिक मूल्यका रुपमा स्वीकार गर्दै तत्व दर्शन र मिमांसाको गहन प्रज्ञाचक्षु, ज्ञानचक्षुका माध्यमबाट विवेचना पद्धतिलाई मन, वचन, कर्मद्धारा कार्य-कारण नियमलाई स्वीकार्य गर्ने जिवनशैलीको आलोकमा बाँके जिल्लाका ३ पालिका बैजनाथ, कोहलपुर र नेपालगञ्जमा संस्थाको पदचाँप ध्वनी विस्तारका क्रममा रहेको यथार्थ जनकारी गराउँन पाउदा अत्याधिक हर्ष विभोर छु । अन्त्यमा संस्थाको संस्था स्थापना दिवसको अवसरमा पुन हार्दिक बधाई तथा अनन्य शुभकामना व्यक्त गर्दैछु । धन्यवाद ।
Dear Founders, Former and Present Office Bearers, Committee Members, Employees, Well-Wishers, and Respected Members,
On the joyful occasion of the 29th Anniversary of our institution, I extend my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to everyone. I sincerely thank all those who have contributed to the growth and success of the institution and look forward to your continued support in achieving our shared vision.
Our institution continues to move forward with a clear strategic direction through its Five-Year Strategic Business Plan. Despite the challenges posed by the global pandemic, economic slowdown, increasing competition, and the changing cooperative environment, we remain committed to making timely and practical decisions, believing that every challenge presents new opportunities.
With the spirit of "Our Trust, Our Biswasilo," we have successfully completed 29 years of dedicated service and expanded our services throughout Bardiya District. We are also extending our presence into Banke District, including Baijanath, Kohalpur, and Nepalgunj, to serve more communities while upholding cooperative values, transparency, and member-centered services.
On this special occasion, I once again express my sincere gratitude and best wishes to all our members, stakeholders, employees, and well-wishers. Together, let us continue working towards a stronger, more prosperous, and sustainable cooperative.

सञ्चालक समिति सहकारी संस्थाको सर्वोच्च निर्णय गर्ने निकाय हो। यो समितिले संस्थाको नीति निर्माण, वित्तीय व्यवस्थापन तथा समग्र सञ्चालनको निरीक्षण गर्दछ। सदस्यहरूद्वारा निर्वाचित यी प्रतिनिधिहरूले संस्थाको दीर्घकालीन लक्ष्य तथा सदस्यहरूको हितको रक्षा गर्ने जिम्मेवारी वहन गर्दछन्।
The Board of Directors is the supreme governing body of the cooperative. The board is responsible for policy formulation, financial oversight, and the overall management of the institution. Elected by the members, these representatives bear the responsibility of safeguarding the long-term goals of the organization and the interests of its members.
प्राविधिक समिति संस्थाको प्राविधिक तथा विशेषज्ञ सल्लाहकार निकाय हो। यस समितिले सञ्चालक समितिलाई प्राविधिक विषयमा मार्गदर्शन प्रदान गर्दछ र संस्थाको सेवा तथा प्रणालीको गुणस्तर सुनिश्चित गर्न सहयोग पुर्याउँछ।
The Technical Committee serves as the specialized advisory body of the institution. It provides technical guidance to the Board of Directors and helps ensure the quality of the organization's services and systems.
